CALLING ALL POETS!

Register for the ULSTER COUNTY POETRY PROJECT, a monthly poetry workshop from 1pm - 3pm in the Library Community Room.

If you take your poetry seriously, so do we! In honor of National Poetry Month and Shakespeare’s birthday, join poets Linda McCauley Freeman and Ted Millar on April 23 for a special workshop.  Share your work with fellow poets and provide and receive feedback with an eye toward publication. The program continues May 21 and on the second Sunday for the remainder of the year, culminating with a reading series at six Ulster County libraries. All poets: bring a poem (and copies) to workshop on first meeting.

Spaces are limited, registration required.

Dates are:

April 23, May 21, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, Nov 12, Dec 10

This project is made possible with funds from the decentralization program, a re-grant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson
