GENEALOGY WORKSHOP AT THE MARLBORO LIBRARY
Did you attend one of our past genealogy classes and would like to continue your research? Or perhaps you’d simply like to start exploring your family tree for the first time? All are welcome to join us on Saturday, June 10th at 11 am for a hands-on workshop consisting of a specially set up research space with laptops and other local history materials.
Registered patrons can explore databases and websites like Ancestrylibrary.com, Family Search and more. Library staff, including our local history researcher, will be on hand to help with any questions and to assist with the many documents, photos, maps, and books found in our local history collection.
Bring your library card and your family research as far back
as you know (even if it’s just your grandparents) and we will help you expand
your search! If you would like to reserve one of our six available
laptops, registration is required at marlborolibrary.org. If you have your own
laptop, feel free to join us without registering.
