Yoga for Beginners
Interested in trying something new, or maybe it’s been a while since your last yoga session? Join us at the Library on September 15th, 22nd and 29th at 7:00 pm for beginners’ yoga sessions. These classes and will provide participants with an introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. Alyssa Scalora of Alma Yoga, will explain the proper alignment of each basic pose while connecting the poses with proper breathing techniques. No prior experience with yoga is needed to attend these workshops.
Alyssa's passion for living a natural, holistic, and happy life shines through in each of her classes. It is easy to see that she has found her passion in the practice and her goal in life is to spread the word of yoga and to allow yoga to empower others the way it has empowered her.
