Creative Movers! Monday Sessions

January 8, 22, 29        10:30-11:30 am

Ages 3-5

 Learn through play with hula hoops! This class series will get your little one stretching, moving, dancing, and having a great time. Certified Hoop Dance Instructor Heather Davies introduces hoop dance in a fun and engaging way. She uses yoga, dance, and hoops to teach children to be creative and express themselves in a supported space. Students will learn about body awareness, spatial awareness, and left and right sides. This is a fantastic way for young children to develop social skills, focus, concentration, and persistence in a fun group environment. Registration required for each session your child will attend.
