“Zoom” into Auctions and the World of
Fast-Paced Fun!
(Virtual Program)
Thursday, July 23 at
7:00 p.m.
Have you ever wanted to attend an
auction of household goods, real estate, cars, or surplus equipment? Wondering
how to participate as a buyer or possibly a seller? What actually is the best
bidding strategy? Learn from New York State Bid Calling Champion Auctioneer
Frank Pietrzak in an action-packed evening of sound and fun! You will learn
about the Auctioneer's "chant," Buyer's Premium, 'absolute v.
reserve' style events, and hear of his experiences gained through work as a
contract auctioneer for the IRS, U.S. Customs, local governments, estates,
investors, and individuals. You will leave being able to call bids yourself
using the rhymes and counting drills taught at Missouri Auction School.
Frank Pietrzak is an Auctioneer and
graduate of the Missouri Auction School, with over twenty years’ experience
selling real estate, personal property, and vehicles throughout the tristate
region. Frank has helped return over 40,000 properties back to the tax-paying
rolls in New York State and occasionally at a rate of over 200 per day!
For security purposes, participants
must register prior to this program. Participants will be emailed a zoom link on the day of the event.
