Virtual Yoga for Kids!
recommended for ages 8-11
Four Thursdays from 4:00-4:45 p.m.

Join Liz, certified yoga
instructor and owner of Mindful Yoga With Liz, for yoga in the virtual world! We’ll move our body to explore fun shapes like
arm balances and inversions. We’ll play games, have fun and learn healthy ways
to cope with daily stressors. Each class will end with a Guided Visualization,
teaching kids to learn to settle their minds and bodies while increasing
imagination!
Registration required. Register
separately for each session you plan to attend. Before the program,
you will receive a link via email to join the Zoom conference.
Please be courteous of others and let us know if you will not be attending a session you've registered for. That way, another child from the wait list can attend.
