Relaxing Yoga for Adults

the stress of the day behind you and wind down with this gentle virtual yoga class!
Certified yoga instructor, Lenore from Mindful
Yoga with Liz, will demonstrate a gentle yoga and mindfulness routine to
help you wind down and get ready for bed. No prior experience with yoga is
needed to attend these workshops.
Spaces are limited, registration is
required. Participants will receive a Zoom link prior to the program.
Classes are non-sequential. If you register for a class and cannot attend,
please notify the Library so someone on the waiting list can attend instead.
