Yoga for Kids
Thursday, July 7, 21 & August 4, 18 from 4:30-5:15pm
For grades k-5
Kids are welcome to join a certified yoga instructor from Mindful Yoga with Liz to practice yoga & mindfulness. Bring your yoga mat or a large towel and a water bottle. Previous yoga experience is not required.
Registration is required for each session. Please register each child who will be attending.
