Chair Yoga

ages 55 and older
Adults
aged 55 and older are welcome to join a certified yoga instructor from Mindful
Yoga with Liz for a gentle chair yoga routine at the Library! No previous yoga experience is
required.
Registration
is required, spaces are limited. Registering for one session will register you
for all three. Please call Lindsay at 845-239-7272 ext. 220 if you cannot attend
a session.
