Therapeutic Yoga with Linda Freeman

ages 55 and older.
Feeling
stiff, achy, or just plain tired? Join yoga therapist and Marlboro resident,
Linda Freeman, for a gentle routine to help you restore your balance and
physical and emotional well-being! No prior experience is needed.
We
will be using props and chairs to support our poses. Please bring a throw
pillow or yoga block, a yoga mat or blanket, and a strap or robe tie to each
class (a limited number of supplies will be available at the Library, please
let us know what you need when registering).
Registration
is required, spaces are limited. Please register for each class you plan to
attend.
About
the Instructor
Linda
Freeman has been practicing yoga since the 1980s and has been certified in
Integrative Yoga Therapy since 2006 by Joseph LePage at the IYT Center in
Brazil.
